Questions frequently asked by experience providers who contact us
Send an introduction to travel@upnorway.com. We'd like to know who you are, what you can offer, and how you will contribute to create best-ever experiences. You will be contacted by someone from our team, and if we believe we're a good match, we'll schedule a conversation and a site visit to get to know each other.
We formalise our collaboration through our partnership agreement. The purpose of this is to create a common understanding and commitment to how we together create both extraordinary guest satisfaction. The agreement confirms prices and terms, documents sustainability measures and benefits for Up Norway guests, expectations for service delivery, as well as safety and privacy requirements.
Our expertise is to match the right guests with experience providers that match these guests' unique interests and preferences. We will market you, give you access to guests who seek quality over quantity, and who probably would not have found and booked you directly. We confirm bookings only after the guests have paid us, and arrange for a good information flow so that you can deliver at your best. We also collaborate when it comes to experience development and sustainability initiatives.
If you already have an existing booking system, we ask for a login where we can book on our agreed terms. If you do not have your own booking system with such an option, we will give you access to the partner portal UpTur where you will receive bookings and have a full overview of inquiries and bookings from us.
